Jolly Service Desk was a Full-Stack MERN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS) application which acted as a ticketing system for a busy Sheffield/London helpdesk. I developed a dashboard which displayed all issues, tickets and pulled in real world data from client servers and hardware.

This project was particularly interesting as it taught me:

  • Authentication via Azure Active Directory.
  • Emailing from NodeJS via Nodemailer.
  • Integration of the AutoTask PSA and AutoTask RMM API to get live reported data from servers.
  • GraphQL for orchestrating the API.
  • MongoDB administration.
